First, thanks Kyra for the minutes from Monday's meeting.

We need to agree a date for an organising meeting for fundraising. I 
would certainly agree that the film screenings are good targets for 
trying to attract funding.

However, I'd disagree that a priority is aiming to drop the entry charge 
for the Hat & Feather and Cube nights - is entry charge really a factor 
here gien that we already have a 'no-one will be turned away through 
lack of funds' policy? I think raising the profile of these evenings, 
together with that of Bristol Indymedia in general, as projects which 
could be given a huge boost through the funding sources currently being 
talked about.
