[IMC-bristol] DU article for Middle Column

Hello IMC,

I understand that articles now need a 1st & seconder to make it onto the 
middle column. I'm not an IMC volunteer, so I don't know if this counts 
as as an initial proposal, but if others would like to 1st & 2nd it I 
would suggest this article goes in the middle.
