[IMC-bristol] meeting 10th

I think the idea of the next meet being open & advertised was agreed on 
(or at least when I proposed to put an announcement on the newswire 
no-one objected). Where are we to meet? Current possibilities are:
- Hillgrove (as usual)
- Kebele (the tech room)
- Some other pub with free meeting space (e.g. Miners' Arms)
- other suggestions

I would personally advocate meeting more frequently (or regularly) 
because I've a feeling we've all got a lot to talk about (Sheffield, 
tech, cinema, Baghdad, new volunteers, etc, etc...)
