[IMC-bristol] to Bristol IMC, from Ramzi/Al-Muajaha

Dear Mike & friends,

Hello from Lebanon! I hope this note finds all of you
well. :-)

I left Baghdad last week, and I wanted to express how
grateful everyone there is for all the help IMC
Bristol has given us over the last 4 months. I know
communications between Iraq & the rest of the world
are a real problem right now, and your help in
bridging that gap is appreciated.

I have two requests...

1) I'm going to be heading to the UK in early
November, and I'd love to get together at some point.
Do you think it would be possible to arrange a talk on
the situation in Iraq and/or the newspaper project in
Bristol? :-)

2) We'd like to turn over control of the website to
Baghdad as soon as possible. I'm not sure if Baghdad
is quite ready for it or not, but... it's best that
they be allowed to suceed or fail on their own, I
think. What are the procedures for turning over
control of the website? I know Majid (the webmaster)
has requested the "templates" for the site, so he can
switch from Dada to another system that allows for
easier use of Arabic text. Let me know how I can help
facilitate this...
