What I meant to be clear about is that if it's local talent doing gigs 
for the love of... and not especially for the money, then I don't have a 
problem with that, as musicians are just as excluded from the mainstream 
as politics.

What I'm more concerned about is what is effectively corporate 
flyposting of the calendar, which I can't find acceptable, even if they 
have done their market research on us, which I think is what's being 
happening.

It's a good topic for discussion.
