Absolutely- we dont edit peoples articles. 

The only reason I thought it should be included is
that if someone was to post a feature and then go
holiday that feature would be 'locked' until they got
back- 
in the meantime new stuff relating to the feature
could be posted that should be added to the article.

Or if there are glaring typo's.

Personally I see features as imperfect works in
progress, that can be worked on collabaratively ( but
then I've only ever posted about five, and those that
spend a lot of time doing them may see it differently)
