[IMC-bristol] trolling/hiding of comments

when youre logged in as an admin, the site displays hidden articles 
where they were posted, with a banner to tell you they are hidden, but 
people not logged in as an admin would not have this displayed, they 
have to go to the hidden articles page in order to see it.
