Dear Colleague,


This is a call to do something important, something that really involves 
everyone who cares about the world we live in.
Attached to this letter, You will find the link to www.5millionpeacemarch.org, 
a project which aims to make a contribution in ending the Middle East issue, 
addressing specifically the Israeli-Palestinian conflict and the “ownership” 
of Jerusalem to the mankind, as a place that symbolically represents the right 
and will to live together in peace.

As You and your Organisation know, a harsh conflict is taking place in the 
Israeli and Palestinian territory, daily, constantly and escalating.
What can we do on regard? Our suggestion is that 5 Million Peace March, and 
your project and Organisation can join the forces, the know-how and experience 
in this field, in order to create a stronger network of resources and to be 
able to bring, or contribute in bringing, eventually peace.
5 Million Peace March is an open-source project, that has no copyright and no 
vertical structure, and in this sense it is really owned by anyone’s civil 
will and responsibility. You don’t have to sign up, fill forms or become a 
member.

All we ask You and your Organisation is to spread the word, and become part of 
this network. Share your know-how in order to propose solutions, prepare 
alternatives (even logistically), and respond to possible unexpected 
situations. For the safe of the people who will join the March in July 2005 
and for the aim in organising an event that will mark the possible end of the 
Israeli-Palestinian conflict.

Do not ignore this call: all feedback, support, financial aid and practical 
information are welcome, as we are trying to connect all the Organisations and 
Individuals, who in the past have done and have cared for the issue of peace, 
and also all the Organisations, Institutions and Individuals, who want to do 
something in the future, through this project or another one. 5 Million Peace 
March is your project too.

to meet you in the near future,
