[IMC-bristol] Peak oil article.

Hi, just noticed this article has been hidden.  Earlier I removed 2 duplicates of the story but left one up.  I appreciate this is not 'about bristol'  but it seems to me that it was ok for the site as it is about a local person attempting to organise a pressure group.  What say all?
