[IMC-bristol] front page needs updating re blackwood

hi there,

any chance of up-dating your red banner breaking news thing on the front 
page with more on blackwood. I've posted the latest news direct from site 
and thought it might be nice for the breaking news section to reflect this, 
as you're the nearest english IMC and ppl have been going down there from 
bristol (hi chris, val?)
