[IMC-bristol] new site - new problems

Hello everyone,

I'm sure you've started to notice a few glitches on the otherwise 
fabulous new site, but I've got a few more for you too.

a) On the link below the 'Downable File' section has got mixed up with 
the header text, & for some reason all he subsequent text has ended up 
as centred text instead. (There's also some spam you may want to remove 
in the comments)

b) When you look back through 'All Newswire Listings' most of the pages 
aren't dated, which is quite disorientating as it gets quite difficult 
to work out what part of the year you're in.

c) Also someone's already pointed this one out, but there's currently no 
horizontal scroll bar (at least not using my, or their, browser).
