[IMC-bristol] Format problems

Is it just me or have you changed the format of BI since I went on holiday a
couple of weeks ago.

Now the articles have text running off the right hand side of the screen and
there is no horizontal scroll bar to allow me to follow them.

If you have changed anything can we go back to fixed width columns please.
