[IMC-bristol] Format problems

bristol indymedia has moved to a new software - if you've tried to 
submit an article yet you'll notice that things now upload almost 
immediately rather than the aeons of waiting with the old software. 
overall, there are fewer bugs than with the old software, but 
unfortunately, there are one or two teething probs - and in some 
browsers theres the problem you raise - you could try using mozilla, 
seems to work for most things, or hold tight whilst we try to fix it all up!
