[IMC-bristol] request funds for indymedia book

Hedonist press in Bath (aka the good Dr Blimfield -
herblooser at yahoo.co.uk  ) has been working on a book about how to
set up an indymedia centre which is almost finished and is being
printed & bound as i write this.

The book is designed for the indymedia gathering which is taking
place in Dakar, Sengal next month (1st-14th) which is to encourage
new IMC's in Africa.   The main funders of this has been
http://urbana.indymedia.org to the tune of $500  but due to a weak
dollar its not quite enough needed.

The plan is to send 100 bound copies of the book to a connection in
Studgart where thery'll be taken by hand to Dakar.  The projected book
budget is £228.35  and transit to Studegart is another £120 on top...

So we're about £100 short of sending what was promised.    Would
Bristol indymedia wanna chip in to help with this worthwhile project?
£50 I was thinking would be a good donation - I'll try and get £50 of
Uk-IMC.

What do other people think?   I'll bring along a test copy tonight for
people to browse.
