Hello all,

I wasn't able to come to the last meeting, but note that from the 
minutes, several things like outreach and new leaflets were left 
unresolved. Was there any further discussion on these topics on the 14th?

Also, I am assuming that the new more explicit guidelines are to be 
introduced at the same time as the new codebase? It seems that the 
sooner these are introduced the better, as I'm getting more paranoid 
about hiding/administering anything for fear of a flame war. It is 
articles like the 'is BIMC racist' thread that make me doubt whether 
this project has much of a future in its present form.

On a more positive note, we're shaping things up a bit more for UWE on 
the 23rd Feb...there's more details of what could be involved here, and 
some films would be great ->
