Hello Kyra,

This all sounds good, and what I believed your intentions to be, but 
setting up spaces like this would need to be very clearly done, with no, 
or little space left for misinterpretation by users & moderators of 
BIMC.

But on the issue of whether something is news or not, I agree there's 
much less room for misinterpretation, as if someone keeps posting up 
rhetorical questions slagging of BIMC then it's simply not news & should 
be hidden, but if phrased correctly such posters may well prefer a 
'complaint' zone over simply having their 'questions' hidden in amongst 
everything else.

So it's all about how it's presented I guess. If people feel they've 
been given a wider set of choices they may well embrace it, but if it 
starts looking like a hierarchy I imagine it will be swiftly rejected.
