[IMC-bristol] media day update

hi all
just finishing up media day meeting - we've written up text for back of 
flyer - crash's design as per twiki on front of flyer timetable on back
workshops are confirmed

2 things we really need doing:
 > contacting dolan et al and people who we want to play in the evening 
- see twiki
 > contacting community groups we know and asking em to come - 
particularly to the 6pm session

NB having noted this meeting that it took three people before anyone 
remembered their twiki password, we reckon we need a twiki using 
training for imc-vols!  however you should at least be able to read 
content refered to above at:

flyers to be ready for end of week, so distributing far and wide is urgent

otherwise, its looking good, think its going to be fine from organising 
point of view and hopefully great from a participating view...
