well...news on the fliers is that i decided (luckily) that tuesday was too
late and 250 too few so opted for different plan...
so, we will now be getting 2000 fliers done in b + w onto card and they will
be ready to pick up tomorrow around midday...will let everyone know where to
collect them from...

i'm sure word of wouth is also one of our best ways of contacting people
(fixed grin ;>)

bad news - the cube programme designer somehow omitted the copy for the
media day from the programme (insert swearing and gnashing teeth here) -
(the listing is in the calendar but no description of what the event is,
so we've accidentally gone for intrigue there) as we also have the film
night on in june i guess the (insert term of endearment here) designer
thought that it was a duplicate? or was just mad.  tom at cube did send
him the copy etc. etc.

so flyers and word of mouth and email are now our ONLY publicity so we all
need to be doing full steam ahead on this even tho none of us have two
spare minutes to rub together i know (as i write this people are waiting
for me to serve em drinks at the cube so off to do that)
