[IMC-bristol] Bandwidth

Barring more bandwidth... how about finding another host for the radio?  It
may be this that is slowing the server?  Maybe, if the site is slow when the
radio is running, can a note be put on the main page explaining this?

I dont know the practicalities but i have a 3meg in .25 out line that I
rarely saturate and would be happy to host radio station soonish as I am
about to build a new system comprising 3 pc's lanned together.  Dont know if
this could be any help.... but if so maybe someone more savvy than I can
advise.
