We are writing to you from the Basque Observatory of Human Rights - 
Behatokia, to let you know of a new Info, available at our web page, at

This info is an important document by SERPAJ (Latin American Service for 
Peace and Justice) in Uruguay about the case of Basque citizen Josu 
Lariz, and the irregularities in the proceedings against him. Josu 
Lariz, a Basque resident in Uruguay, was expelled to Argentina, and as 
the document in the Info states, neither his rights nor Uruguayan law 
were upheld in the process.

His extradition court case began on June 8th.
