[IMC-bristol] hiding zaskers posts

The guidelines are clear enough, if they have been
broken the comments should be hidden if not they
should remain.
I think we should enforce the policy a bit more
strictly than we have been doing. What bothers me is
a comment by somebody that said if the comments had
been racist/homophobic they would be hidden straight
away. We have to apply the rules of posting to
everybody or we should modify the guidelines to
reflect what we actually allow.
