hi ana
contact for the cube = me (as i said to someone last night, i spent so 
much time liasing with cube for last media day i ended up just deciding 
to work there!)
dunno bout film reels
deadline for print = usually around 12th of month before (e.g. 12th may 
for june)

for each event at cube, the cube need to have 'in-house' event manager 
and projectionist on cube rota - so mike or i put ourselves down as e.m. 
and can help you on the night. the cube have been rattled in the past by 
amount of people in projection room (not just last time when kit was 
stolen but generally, as projectionist supposed to deter non-cube staff 
from being in there really - with current heightened security situ since 
  last time we should try to stick to maybe mike and ana as projection 
room posse... theres really no need for other people in there) 
otherwise, the others at the cube are really happy with the film nights, 
particularly as they're so popular these days, and they're a good source 
of income for b-imc so its important that we continue to do them - 
thanks for offering to take it on.
