[IMC-bristol] 'imcvol' posts.

Subsequent to last nights discussion and as requested i have discovered that the names 'imcvol' and 'IMCVOL'  are accepted by the front end as comments.  As discussed last night this may render any comments from those attempting to stop threads disintegrating irrelevant and ineffectual.  Clearly this is also open to abuse by people.

As was discussed I am aware of people not posting cos of recent events and whilst it would be a shame to do anything to stifle debate I do feel that certain threads may benefit from 'hand of god' type comments in a red box for example.  A standard reply or choice of respones may help to keep those of us with back end access focused and avoid inflaming already 'lively' threads.
