How about a printed cardboard sleeve not a jewel case - I think use of 
plastic is unnecessary.  I've seen this done and it is quite classy.

CD Content would likely be from what is available - film clips, images, 
software...

I guess people could submit new material - it's always good to encourage 
people to make more media!

I was planning a new version of the trailer - there's loads of new 
images on the site now.

Dialect might also give us some radio / audio stuff to go on there.
