To add to Sam's post, there is also a standard invite which I have sent 
out to 31 community organisations. Hope to have a higher response rate 
than last year! The invite letter is on the twiki page.

Also uploaded is a new poster. This one is more suitable for flyposting, 
as there's not a lot of words - however we will probably also need to 
update last year's more detailed flyer to send to people once the 
programme starts coming together.

I reckon we probably need a progress meeting every week for the next 
month...?
