[IMC-bristol] to IMCVOL or not to IMCVOL.

Hi all,

I would like to suggest that all IMCVOL messages on the site are forwarded to the list by the originator.  This would enhance the transparency and openness of the project and ensure that we all act as moderators for eachother.

Also I think it would be helpfull to do this when hiding or promoting articles.  Sorry if i am going over old ground but we dont want any more unpleasent episodes and I thought these thoughts may help....

Oh by the way site is fine for me but seratonin is having probs with a few pages.
