I offered use of the office space at System Control for meetings on 
Tuesday evenings, from now till the media day.

That would be tonight, 1 June and 8 June.  8pm.

That's the only time I can make any meetings, and I will be there anyway 
for the radio project, so come along if you like...

We need posters, soon [very soon].  How far did we get with that after 
the last meeting?
