Hi Garth,

I think the story can still go up on the coalition formation, which just a 
bit of revision per Ian's suggestions and other discussion:
What about updating that first paragraph as proposed for upcoming events 
and we need a link for the group.

Then, i can post the feature if folks agree it is OK...

Chris and Chris at some point in last few weeks have said this sounds good.
Though I don't know if they feel that way.
Since they have already supported the feature, perhaps a day or so on list 
would do for approval would be enough.
