hi,

we should definitely keep the meetings going.  they should become
like a habit for us, people can drop in and rotate participating etc.
i am a huge believer in these things happening for more than just the
entire network.  so i say keep it going and don't need to ask
permission.

i think a simple reminder to the communication list encouraging
liaisons to send the notice to their local lists is a good idea.  as
well as sending to process as well.

then the full invitation posted to those lists and/or the contact
database (for those imcs which have responded saying use our lists -
not all 300 of the contacts there, just the ones for local
collectives - that's a whole other story and should be a project for
us) as well as global.indymedia.org.  we should get people used to
these things happening there and not just put everything on a wiki
(as much as i love them).  let's start using the internal site for
open publishing our own stuff.

as far as changing the invite, i'd just say, include a link to the
minutes/summary of the last irc meeting.  once again, i think those
should also be posted to the global.indymedia.org site.
