Well, people were wondering about what was going on on Stallman... this
isn't any sort of official update, but one guy's opinion.  It kinda
makes me feel like we should stick to Stallman and try harder to see
what we can do to help there... OTOH, with St. Louis we might be able to
help set up a new environment that can help out other collectives.

There is no such thing as "the global imc tech team".  Maybe there once
was (maybe not) but one thing is pretty clear there is a vacuum on
stallman.  Some inviduals try to fill it in various ways, but the
situation is bad and has been deteriorating.  I think this is the real
source of your, and others, frustration.
