Dick has proposed and I concur that we center panel the Little Village/coal
power plant yesterday at Daley's office. It's a short story, w/photos, not
the most indepth content; on the flip side, we've done no local feature for,
like, forever.
what do people say? I can crib the intro graph for the current story (see
url) and build photo links. How about it?
