[CIMC-working] PROPOSED: Interfaith Vigil and Candle light Procession dow...

I'm a little conflicted myself -- I hate the press release style, and
wouldn't want to see it in our center panel. But the information is
useful, and in the brief form Doug proposed isn't reminiscent of a press
release. It's only useful if we put it up quickly. OTOH, it has no
archival value. I sense we want an upcoming events center panel
analog. I will keep such a feature in mind... but we won't have it for
Sunday.

I'd support the simple center panel given by Doug, on the assumption it
will be hidden or replaced after Sunday (replaced hopefully by a center
panel on the event).

And while it would be fine to have a listing of sponsors, I don't think
that information is all that interesting... it's more the internal
politics of the organizing process. CIMC is not part of that (by
design) and doesn't have to care -- unless our readers care... do they?
It feels like filler to me.

But, anyway, I support a temporary feature. I think readers will find
it helpful.
