Garth,

Totally. The CIMC has had a standing policy -- of recently, maybe 2 months
ago -- that we would summarily approve global finance proposals that are
reasonable. I, as a working liaison (Doug's the other one), would submit ou=
r
approval, with cc to our working list (this one).

I gave a heads up a couple days ago (approx.) about this one, and the funds
are from global. Of course this policy is debatable and changeable, and
liaisons are subject to collective approval.
