I believe we all agreed -- without much fanfare -- to the blue design. 
Obviously if we have a different logo that should be put on there, but
that doesn't effect the rest of the design.

Emily is at work on the logo, and that could be turned directly into a
sticker.  That could work for a bumper sticker, but only a small one --
the normal wide bumper sticker format would require some catchy phrase
or something...

Again a logo would be fine here... or maybe a blown-up logo on the back
with "chicago.indymedia.org" and perhaps some catch-phrase on the front.

I'm not aware of a quarter-sheet one, unless it's something old.  Are
you thinking of a handout that briefly advertises CIMC, targeted at
readers?  That would be good.
