[CIMC-working] nevermind library graphic

nevermind the library graphic.  It just crossed my mind that in context of 
the chic. library situation it is a putdown to mexico, equating the mess of 
CPL to a 'latent' mess of mexico.  i took it out of admiration for mexico 
persistance and in context of other pics makes better sense.  g
