Covert Action Quarterly (Fall 2002) has a good piece 
on Soros.  Six pages with notes.  Not online unfortunately,
but you should still be able to find Fall (even Summer) in
some of the local bookstores and skim the article.
[even Borders carries CAQ--unfortunately it's not
in the library.] - eliz

Real cheery stuff.  It starts on page one--not hard to
find (right before the piece on the massacre in Jenin).
