sorry for cross posting

i know this is not a new issue but i just want to add myself to the
people who think eugene imc should be taken off the imc-cities sidebar.
and for the record i have little sympathy with the way android9 (media
collective) has expressed his view on this.

I have a suggestion:

1st, do we agree that eugene-imc should be removed from the sidebar
until we can help them again meet the new-imc standard, which surely is
our benchmark. If we do then...
2nd, are people willing to develop a process for handling complaints
claiming that an imc is outside the new-imc standard, and what to do if
they are?
