can we do a story on the possibility of election fraud for last night's
election based only on the following information?: 1. the republicans seemed
to fare a lot better than most people expected. 2. the White House now
controls enough intelligence personel after September 11 to be able to
perform some seriously mischievous acts. 3. the republicans have done it
before and were never really punished. 4. and, as we know, they could expect
the media not to ask questions. are last night's "elections" a strategic
move on their part to bring us another step closer to the creation of an
American empire? would anyone really be able to find out if there had been
foulplay?

what do you guys think? is that worth writing on?

mike
