Folks,
Suzana's photos have been linked from the start in the reports section,
because she gave a report that helps flesh out the story of the evening.
Titled:
Peaceful tabd protestors and police presence (photos also)
We can give her two refs, one in article and one in photo section or one in
either.
Suzana, do you have a preference?
On the feature title, what do you think:
Is this title good:
Actions against Corporate Vampirism
Or is this better:
Actions against Corporate Greed
Note that the copy of the current feature has a vampire picture and vampire
theme because of the slant of some of the signage and costuming in the protest.
Not also that the global site picked up our feature and ran with the top
title, which I included on inspiration at last minute (tried to call people
but didn't get through this am -- sent email) because of the way the copy
and lead photo read.
Note that the center column was changed (not by me) to read the second above.
I really disagree with this change but am willing to go with the change if
others prefer that.
I think it is OK to have some strong imagery and color in our coverage,
especially when it is a protest theme.
So, in light of the feature wording, which of the above do you all prefer?
Doug
