[CIMC-working] updates to TABD feature

Hi,

Good meeting tonight.

Congrats to all again for work on the TABD coverage.

These updates were added tonight.

a short TABD overview piece

lists of reports were changed to look like next block (looks better?)

These updates to Friday coverage are based on a post from Saturday:
- about 2 arrested Friday being released
- snake marches throughout day
- link to critical mass in Chicago

Another sentence was added about call for Sat coverage, per Ian's suggestion.

To do:
Still need reports on the Sat alternatives/anarchist conf.
Will add sentence about that and link(s) if and when go up.

Will write to Azone list to request input if nothing on list by tomorrow eve.
