Hi All,
Following IMC finance proceedures ,since the funding request is more than
$500 decision deadline is 2 weeks and if there is still any issue to attend
to an extension of another one week may come in . According to Sashca and
following the IMC Finance proceedure this will put decision deadline at 28th
November, 2002 .
Considering these information i think it maybe necessary for us to fix
another date for the Regional Meeting in Nigeria so that funding if
possible, will not come after the meeting date.
Base on this we are changing date of meeting to December 2nd to 5th,2002 in
Benin City , Nigeria. Good enough, Jay should still be in Nigeria till
December 12th 2002 so we are sure things will still work out right.
Sascha, is it possible to make changes to the meeting dates in the proposal
and inform translation on these changes too?
Valentine and IMC Abazonia will this work out well for you and your group?
Jay, let me know if your time table can accommodate these new development.
But we are suggesting that the proposal be amended for now for sake of
meeting decision deadline and if any changes with meeting dates we could
look into that collectively to suit all attending the regional meeting.
