[CIMC-working] Changing servers

I haven't heard anything back from Tom about hosting in St. Louis, which
is unfortunate.  I think we should start looking elsewhere.  Unless
anyone objects, I'm going to check with a few places if they could take
us.  But there aren't a ton of options, actually.

One is with bandwidthcoop.org, who host a number of sites.  It's in
Albuquerque.  I'm getting the impression it's mostly run by one guy,
Scott Lewis (scott@bandwidthcoop.org).  Seems like we could install
whatever we wanted there (dadaIMC, in particular).

The other option is stray.linefeed.org, run by a collective in SF.  They
only run SF Active.  They aren't the same as the SF Active people,
though... two somewhat separate groups, it seems.  

Both sites seem to host quite a few IMCs (10-15?).
