[CIMC-working] feature process suggestion

Hi all,

I think it is important for chicago imc to move forward on:	
	figuring out a more fluid policy for putting up features,
	splitting the newswire
	
Suggestion for minimal feature posting process:

When other features are not present or planned:
perhaps we could try to pick an local article off the wire each week and 
write a few sentence intro for the center column.   Would a 3 person 
agreement as quorum be enough?

Sending actual feature proposal as example in next note.

If someone gets this before today's meeting...  can you mention it?

Was about to head out for meeting...

but have headache...
it's started to snow...
weekends are precious family time...

so, staying home.
