   Do you feel you need C-IMC consensus for your voting on each small (and
   eminently reasonable) IMC-finance proposal?  I can put forward that you
   be empowered to vote on any small grants and merely report back to C-IMC.

   I'll have to think about this one for a little while. I rather value
   email lists for the very function of allowing many to quickly weigh in
   on each small issue, but I recognize it (regardlessly) requires a
   trade-off of people's time and attention.
