My name is Sergeant Greg Hoffman from the Chicago Police Department, Bureau=
of Administrative Services. I am writing your group in regards to the upc=
oming TABD conference that will be held here in Chicago this November.=20
The goal of the Chicago Police Department is to provide all members of our =
community with a safe environment to exercise their constitutional rights a=
nd freedoms of free speech and lawful assembly. In order to help facilitat=
e this goal we would like to open up lines of communication with all groups=
that are planning activities for this November event. Assistant Deputy Su=
