The goal of the Chicago Police Department is to provide all members of =
our community with a safe environment to exercise their constitutional =
rights and freedoms of free speech and lawful assembly. In order to =
help facilitate this goal we would like to open up lines of =
communication with all groups that are planning activities for this =
November event. Assistant Deputy Superintendent Ron Huberman and I =
