[CIMC-working] Color test

Well, after the inspiration look at Chiapas, I looked around some more
and found Bolivia, which I thought had a very nice color scheme.  I've
put a sample of CIMC with that color scheme up at:

I'd have put it on Stallman, but it is full, full, full.

We probably shouldn't just totally rip off someone else's color scheme,
but we could probably change the hue a little without changing how the
colors work with each other.
