[CIMC-working] Color test

i vote for this first color test which implements blue. the second is slightly tooooo grey. or is it gray? i believe a. anyway, chiapas had some blinding colors on the right, if i'm not mistaken. i like this first, but maybe we could also change the newswire to a different color. something of the same hue as the left side panel. one thing to note, is that this definitely makes for a more passive appearance.

We probably shouldn't just totally rip off someone else's color scheme,
but we could probably change the hue a little without changing how the
colors work with each other.
