Thanks for the list of tech issues.

I agree that tech is best place for code discussion.  And I'll hop over 
there...

I do think for a code base change...
at some point, it would be nice for a general recommendation to go to the 
main chicago lists discussing main points...
or at least a note with url pointing back to a summary.
