Hi CIMC!
The University of Chicago No War in Iraq group is showing anti-war films every
week for the rest of the year. While the entire schedule for the feature films
is set, we'd love to include some of the short 5 minute pieces that chicago
indymedia videographers have been collecting.
I'm really spread out right now, but you can contact Christina Moon:
cmoon@uchicago.edu for more information about the No War in Iraq film series
Also, I have a 5 minute short that a student from Oakton Community college made
about the March 5th actions, and I have some footage about the March 5th action
at the U of C if you guys want it for your screening.
Here are two screenings this week at the U of C that you all might be interested
in. I know a lot of you live on the north side, but if you want to come down to
check it out, that would be great. (The Thursday screening may have a suprise
intermission for a rendezvous with UNITE and invigorating stroll to the U of C
job fair :)
peace,
Dan LB
